Leadership is largely practiced in “masculine” terms, which hinders gender equality and individual performance. Kara Kirby will challenge us to reject traditional notions of leadership and show us how to reframe these thoughts.

THE SPEAKER

Kara Kirby is the founder and CEO of Insights Leadership Group. Kara started her career in sales, and looked for ways to ask questions, present concepts, or teach people differently to digest information. She then found Organizational Development, which she describes as the intersection of business and psychology.

After spending 15 years in corporate America at two progressive companies, she decided to share the lessons and practices she observed in those roles through her own company, Insights Leadership Group.
