Looking Glass - Brainstorm Night

We are: a business-building ecosystem, advancing culture-changing entrepreneurs, ventures, and funders in RDU. We are motivated by businesses and founders that engage with culture and solve problems for our community.

Looking Glass Ventures - Business Brainstorm Night:

Looking Glass Workshop is the launchpad for cultural innovators of the Triangle. Our Business Brainstorm workshop is designed for “pre-seed” entrepreneurs or idea-stage founders and potential founders. This series focuses on developing and refining yourthe value proposition and creating a vision and strategy to begin your business.

This is an opportunity to explore an inkling or, strengthen or pivot an idea that’s underway, all with a supportive community made up of diverse viewpoints.

Looking Glass Workshop is a three-session series starting in January 2023. All sessions will take place at Blush Cowork in Cary.

Topics include:

Identifying the Need

Defining your Value Proposition

De-risking your business

Customer Discovery (Interviewing and Feedback to get to your MVP)

Building your MVP

Who you are now:

An idea-stage or a potential founder with an idea

A part-time entrepreneur with a desire to scale

An early-stage founder looking for guidance in moving from concept to launch

Where you’re going:

Testing and refining your idea before you go full-time

Making the leap to launch your business

Forming a community with other idea-stage founders for support and collaboration

What you’ll gain:

You will grow as a leader

Strengthen your current business or prepare to launch your venture

You will contribute to the lifeblood of the entrepreneur ecosystem and build lasting relationships to support you on your venture journey.

Format:

Three (3) in-person sessions at Blush Cowork in Cary with keynotes, workshop projects, panels, and 1:1 meetings with Looking Glass faculty and guest speakers. You may sign up for this first brainstorm session and attend to assess your interest in continuing in the workshop. We would love to discuss your idea!
